This notice describes the information handled when you use the Sanctuary on Love's Farm website to make a stay or private-sale enquiry.
Information you provide
Enquiry forms may ask for your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, requested dates, and information relevant to a stay or acquisition conversation. Optional messages are stored and delivered as part of the enquiry you submit.
How enquiries are handled
The website uses enquiry details to respond to requests, manage follow-up, and administer stay or private-offering conversations. Depending on the form used, the submission may be stored in the site's database. Email notifications are sent to the published estate contact inbox through FormSubmit, which processes the form details needed to deliver that notification.
Site interaction records
The site may record a limited first-party conversion event, its source on the page, and a timestamp—for example, when a visitor uses an enquiry call to action. These event records do not intentionally include the name, email address, telephone number, or message entered in a form.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, database, and form-notification providers process information as needed to operate these website functions. The site does not currently publish a fixed automated deletion schedule for enquiry records.
